Shipping Partner

We currently ship orders using Bosta, a trusted courier service in Egypt, to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across all major cities in Egypt through Bosta’s network.

Delivery Time

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Other Governorates: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout and is usually 80 EGP within Egypt for standard delivery times.

Delivery Attempts

Bosta will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If the order is returned because of incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, return shipping fees may apply.
