Personalised Products
Due to the personalised nature of some products, we cannot offer a return on items that have been personalised or custom orders.
Non-Personalised Products
For any non-custom orders, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lebebe.org with your order number, pick up address and reason for return.
Damages and issues
While it’s rare for mistakes to happen, if you receive a faulty product or there’s an issue with personalisation, we’ll make it right so please get in touch with more details and photos.
